At PerfumeAddiction, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened fragrance in its original designer box and use a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
